House Rules

House Rules

We strive to provide our guests with an exceptionally clean, safe, and friendly experience.  The following House Rules have been established based on industry standards, management and operational procedures, and our personal experience of owning and operating the Alupang Residences.  These House Rules are considered a part of our reservation agreement with you.

As our guest, you are agreeing to abide by all of our House Rules, terms and conditions, and procedures.  These House Rules are presented here to help promote our guests’ safety and enjoyment and to ensure that each guest is aware of the understandings between the Alupang Residences Management and the guest.  Our House Rules may change from time to time, so please check back often.

1. Check In/Out Time:

Early check-in and late check-out are not allowed. 
Check In: 3pm
Guests arriving after 3:00 pm or the next day will have access to their unit with provided key code.
Guests checking in before 3pm will need to make reservations for the day prior to arrival and will be charged accordingly.
Check Out: 11am
Guests checking out after 11am will be charged a late check out fee

LATE CHECK OUT FEE:
11:00 am - 12:00 pm $50
After 12:00 pm Additional Daily Rate (Must inquire)
If guest is not checked out of the unit at 11:00 am, fine will be charged automatically to your credit card.
Extended departure date is not allowed without 24-hour notice and approval from management.


2. Checkout Procedure

a. All dishes must be cleaned from sink.

b. All food and general garbage must be disposed. Garbage Location: Garbage bins are located to the far-left side of the complex.

c. Entrance door must be closed and locked prior to departure.  If the unit is not secured due to negligence of the guest, any damages or missing inventory from the unit will be properly assessed and charged to the credit card on file.  



3. Quiet Hours: 10pm to 9am.

Television, voices or other devices must be kept at a respectful low level at all times.  If you become aware of a disruptive guest, please contact Alupang Residence Management. 

4. Do not dispose of garbage and general garbage in room 104B, common laundry room garbage cans.
The common laundry room (Room 104B) is a space for travelers, as well as Guam local tenants living in apartments.  If you are caught violating this rule, you will be charged a disposal fee. 

5. Please park at the designated parking place.
Make sure your vehicle is secured.  Alupang Residences Management is not responsible to any damages to your vehicle. 

6. Pets are not permitted.
Guests who violate this rule will be charged minimum $300 additional fees to including cleaning fee. 

7. Smoking is prohibited in the rooms.
Smoking is not allowed in the guest rooms due to local regulations. If guests violate this policy, you will be charged an additional fee of a minimum $500.  Designated smoking areas are in the back and front yard of the rooms.

8. You are responsible for all personal belongings.
Alupang Residences is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal property while in the unit. When you vacate the unit or before you retire for the evening, please ensure all windows, front and back doors are locked.

9. An inventory list is provided upon check in.  If you have any concerns regarding the list of items or any items are missing/damaged, please inform management immediately tsoh80@naver.com.  If you check out without notification of damaged amenities, we consider you responsible and cost of replacement will be charged accordingly.

10. NEVER MOVE ANY FURNITURE. Especially, Queen Bed. It causes floor tile damage. If furniture is moved, guest will be charged minimum  $300 for the cost of the repairing.
